The Executive Director oversees the day-to-day operations at Creekside, and assures that the decision made in the daily operations at Creekside reflects our mission, vision, and values as well as the needs and desires of our Community Members. - Tammy Coleman | Assisted Living Coordinator:
Our Assisted Living Coordinator is licensed in their practicing state as an RN, LPN, or MA and possesses a current CPR Certification. The Assisted Living Coordinator, based on the license level, may provide direction and monitoring of medications, oversee documentation, and the assisted living overall day-to-day operations.
